10.2.2017 in front Kiasma, a chain of events began leading thw way for a new culture of demonstrating in Finland. On the 1 year anniversary of the Right to Live –demonstrations led by asylum seekers, one of the Finnish supporters, artist and activist Riikka Theresa Innanen will have a lecture-performance talking about the social choreography called Demo within the framework of her MA thesis “Touch and Revolution – Art and Activism in 2017” for Aalto University.
At the same time the lecture is a personal story of a journey as part of a emerging, self-organizing collective, random polyphonic group of individuals coming together to fight for equal and undivided humans rights for everyone.
